Rapid Response Layoff Assistance Guide

If you’re experiencing layoffs or business closures as a result of COVID-19, our Rapid Response program can provide assistance. Please call 559 490 7147 or email mespinosa@wfc.co. View our upcoming Rapid Response Online Support Series schedule below, providing an overview of resources available to those impacted by layoffs.

The 60-day filing requirement for a Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) in the event of a mass layoff, relocation, and termination, has been temporarily suspended due to this emergency and now only requires as much notice as is practicable.
